Having consulted the Melitta web site and decided on which bean to cup machine I wanted,(CAFFEO CI) I ordered and paid for it on-line. Melitta acknowledged the order. The following day I received notification from the carrier details of when it would be delivered (the next day). The machine arrived safely and well packed. The instruction booklet explained how to set up the machine, and in a few minutes I was drinking my first espresso. I have yet to master all the controls. Of interest this machine is replacing a five year old CAFFEO BISTRO (I calculated that on 3 cups a day this machine has produced over 5000 cups of espresso). The quality of the espresso produced by the BISTRO was excellent, however, so far the CI espresso is even better.
