Having purchased lots of items of this firm for my camper build and needing technical help with one of my 3 Eberspacher heaters they could not have been anymore helpful , having explained what I needed to do I needed the parts to complete the project so I purchased them and opted to collect rather than have delivered within an hour the parts were ready for collection informed by text drove over collected in person couldn’t be happier , everything worked as expected .
