I don’t usually leave a review when I have returned something but I felt that the way my return and refund was handled was excellent.
I ordered a large mirror which when it arrived did not match the colour I had expected. Customer service were very helpful, very quick to respond by email, and happy to organise a free return. There was also a human to talk to at the end of the phone and my email was responded to the next day. The large mirror was collected by courier with a two hour time slot. My refund was received within 3 days. This company is working hard at customer service and deserves praise when often it is so difficult to get through to people with a problem.
