Frankly, I didn't check to see if they did only charge $1.00, but for the purpose of this review, I will assume they did. I basically want to know how many times the car has been owned, that there are no salvage, accident, or similar "red flag" issues, and that mileage reported makes sense. This report does that. It does not give you a service history of the car as with, for example, a Carfax report.
