“This information is good, however it is old, I’d say 2 years maybe. I was looking for lot lines and easements, but the information was nice to have. The pictures from 2 years ago were good to see what progress has done locally. I’m really wanting easement and utility line info.

“Report is accurate to a point, but the photos are outdated by nearly two years. The birds-eye view shows a completely forested area where there is a completely new subdivision north of the property. The immediate neighborhood is completed and there are no vacant lots. Finally, the house size is rated at 1800 square feet, not 1781 that the report shows.”
“I was able to find the record of ownership for the past 35 years. Although my mortgage was paid off in August there is no record of this as of mid October. I did not find a note explaining the time it takes info to be posted.”
