We were very pleased with the urn we ordered. It was a fitting tribute to our beloved 13 year Lab "Brandy". The service was excellent and the urn arrived in the time frame indicated after engraving. Thank you so much for all your help in sending samples of the urn by e-mail with different styles of lettering allowing us to pick which we liked best. Should the need for further urns arrive we will definitely use your company.
