When buying a companion urn the web site does not give you good direction for adding the engagement on the top. it is assumed when you buy a companion urn the name for the first person would be put to one side and not across the whole top and not leaving space for my mothers name. then they won't replace it with out having to pay more money but they don't take responsibility for the poor web site instructions. Don't buy from them!
