Amazing customer service. We found an urn for our mother available on several websites, but it did not have an engraving option. After speaking with several other companies about engraving it, Memorial Urns was the only place that actually called the manufacturer directly and got them to engrave the urn of our choice. They also kept us updated about when the urn would be sent (since it was a Friday) as well as billing options. Fantastic service, could not be happier.
