Called the company to discuss exact product and choices wanted. Customer service was very friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Communication was super quick and excellent at every step along the way. Product arrived very quickly, well packed, and exactly as requested. It is a beautiful and fitting tribute to our sweet girl. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with a need for an urn.
