We are extremely pleased with Memorial Urns! They worked diligently to make sure the URN was PERFECT, not close to perfect... but PERFECT - the urn was beautiful and the engraving precise and beautiful too. And when we received it in the mail - AHEAD of schedule, in a nicely secured and protected triple box and opened it and saw it, we knew we had made the right decision to get the Urn from Memorial. If I can offer one area where they could improve, it would be to get the shipping cost down - $83 for three day shipping seemed high. You wont go wrong if you get an Urn from this organization. Dan L
