My urn was shipped so quickly! I loved that the company sent a proof prior to engraving. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and shipping packaging. My 130lb Mastiff's ashes fit perfectly into the XL box maybe could have even gotten away with a L. Highly recommend!! Beautiful tribute piece.
