I ordered an OM Raku Urn based on the picture that was online. I waited over 4 weeks for it and when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the one I ordered. I can understand some variation however this was extreme. I reached out and they did respond quickly. Unfortunately my only option was to send It back, or get a 10% refund if I decide to keep it . I had no choice, my son was waiting to be put to rest, we could not wait another month to receive a new one. It’s just amazing how people take advantage of people at such a vulnerable time. 10% is just ridiculous considering I had to settle for something that was not what was ordered! I will remember this always and it sickens me (paid almost $300). Beware of your purchase and I suggest getting a guarantee you be receiving what you paid for and ordered, or better yet, you might want to find a place that stands behind what they are selling!
