I really had no expectations. I am only 47 years old and not going through menopause yet. But then suddenly I started getting crazy hot flashes and they were waking me up in the middle of the night so I figured I was getting close. I didn’t want to take any pharmaceuticals so I started looking around on the Internet and decided to give this a try. I didn’t know anyone else who had taken it. Within a week I noticed that the hot flashes had basically stopped. I was sleeping through the night with no problem and I stopped sweating during the day for no reason. I have now re-ordered it twice. I haven’t tried stopping to see if it was the Menoquil or if it is just my body, although i might just to make sure i am not wasting my money. But i would recommend this. I havent had any negative side effects. I havent noticed it doing anything for my weight but it might be covid pounds not menopause pounds lol
