The guys and gals from the Men's Shoe Centre answered emailed questions promptly and got my order from the UK processed and on it's way within 24 hours of paying for it. Got here within a week which is excellent time from RSA to the UK.
I did hit a glitch during my on-line payment (the site was being updated at the time which is fair enough) but it was sorted within hours and I was kept fully informed.
Impressed by their customer service and professionalism. Recommended.
