We had a great experience with Ruth who cared for our two cats while we were on vacation. Ruth was proactive in contacting us before the booking and very responsive to all our communications. She sent texts and photos on every visit and was caring with our pets. She stayed overnight and took in packages, dealt with trash and left everything in perfect state.
