Because of the pet sitters kindness I was refunded the money for the visit I was forced to cancel due to illness. Meowtel has a no cancellation policy if you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation begins but my pet sitter was kind enough to vouch for my situation and I was credited the full amount. As a brand new customer I really do appreciate their willingness to work with me despite their policy.
