I'm not usually good at writing negative comments but this time I will leave our bad experience with Marshall.
I had a plan to travel during Thanksgiving (11/22-25) and made reservations for my two cats a month in advance.
I communicated with Marshall by text and I explained how to feed them and how to dispose of the cat litter before I leave and he said "No worries!"
However, I had to worries!!
I didn't receive messages from him and there was no record he entered into my house(my front door has a passcode, so I can track a history.)
I called and texted him but he never answer any of them.
I don't know what kind of background check was done to make him a cat sitter but at least, he has absolutely no responsibility to take care of live animals.
The fee has already been refunded but he should explain and apologize for wasting my time with unnecessary concerns during my trip!
