I had a great experience with Meowtel. The sitter was very familiar with cats, captured our important information, and took wonderful care of our cats. Maggie, our timid kitty, typically won't come out of hiding for anyone who isn't family. She came out and greeter the sitter on the first (and every subsequent) visit!
I really like the practice of notes and pictures with every visit!
