My sitter, Alison, temporarily misplaced the key to my home while I was visiting with family out of state. I was very concerned about what would happen to my Chauncey if Alison was not able to gain access to my home. The next steps would have been to call a locksmith. Fortunately, Meowtel called me to let me know that Alison found the key to my home and was able to complete the appointment.
