We had a great experience using Meowtel for the first time this Christmas. We now have a friendly, professional, reliable pet sitter - whom we know we'll use again and again. We had no trouble using the Meowtel site to make and adjust our reservation as our travel plans evolved. We are so happy to no longer depend on cashing in favors from friends when we are away from home. What a relief!
