I recently arranged for a local cat sitter through Meowtel. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good number of local sitters available, even over the busy week of Thanksgiving. I found a sitter with an extremely reasonable daily rate. We got together before the sitting to meet the cats and discuss feeding / preferences, etc... During the week of the sitting, the sitter, Charlotte was excellent about providing pictures and daily updates. I had no doubt that the cats were being well taken care of. I will definitely be using Charlotte and Meowtel in the future.
