Worst customers service ever, they refuse to gibe you an invoice on your VAT number or company?? Is it they want to keep the vat? Just incompetence ?? Been emailing 5 times about this subject terrible ! Just buy your shoes at Zalando or in a shop. Unbelievable in this time where everything is online, that they refuse to give you an invoice on your business info ore details! Last time for me!!!!!
