Paid more than $500CAD for their top-of-the-line shoes via their online site, and the left one didn't fit well. I would have had to pay to ship them back in addition to what I'd already paid. I strongly advise anyone who would like a pair of Mephistos to visit a Mephisto store, if possible, as opposed to buying online. Trying shoes on first with an experienced salesperson handy is the best way to go. The left shoe is now is the shop, being stretched. Another expense, it may not work, and it may damage the shoe. But as it stands now, I can't wear it, and I can't return it because I wore it a bit to try and break it in, as some websites suggested I do. Big headache, huge waste of money, potentially.
