They lie. Ordered ONLY items identified as ones guaranteed for Christmas delivery on December 10th. They creat a shipping/tracking number and it just sits. Customer service is Pitiful! All lies. "Just wait" they say " give us until Christmas " then "give us until new years " they say! USPS JUST POSTED information on tracking number! It's JANUARY 1ST! EXPECTED DELIVERY IS JANUARY 9TH! ONE MONTH AFTER ORDERING! THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY AND LIED TO ME FOR A MONTH! NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SEE A PENNY FROM ME!
