I have never had to jump through SO many hoops just to do a return. It is absolutely ABSURD. They make you fill out a form for the return, then they make you TAKE A PICTURE of your shipping receipt and email it to them. THEN..... THEN... they "suggest" you track the return and once you see that it has been delivered back to Merchbar.. you contact them AGAIN and tell them to process your refund. They are banking on the fact that people will not follow all of the steps and then they make out... Don't know how these people sleep at night... 30.00 t-shirt.. ive spent way too much time on this return.. but I WILL get my money back if it's the last thing I do. MERCHBAR SUCKS.
