Ordered an item on preorder. After it became clear they had no intention of sending item. I attempted to request a refund from them and was told a ticket would be submitted. When I tried to follow up I was told they couldn't check status of tickets but offered to submit another. This went on for weeks but when I would ask to speak with someone in charge, I was told I couldn't speak to anyone else. In the end I had to request the refund from PayPal.
Don't order from Merchbar. They are scammers.
