I ordered an album in December of 2023 and followed up in February and heard that they were having stock issues but they would get back to me.
They charged me in December but I hadn’t heard back by late October of 2024 so I reached out again and got told they had a high amount of emails to deal with. I then threatened a charge back and suddenly my refund was incoming.
The fact that this company charges your card without having stock to ship and no idea when they’ll have it should probably be illegal. Super sketchy, stick with your local places.
