these people are actual criminals and I am pursuing the ACCC to close down all their Australian websites and their ability to fleece unwitting Australians. They claim items are on backorder when in fact the orders are never made. When you ask for a refund they claim, endlessly, that they are seeking a refund from a supplier I have no business with and can't supply an invoice to. Criminals and people in their direct locality need to picket their offices. Destroying faith in an important industry
