Same story as everyone else. Ordered $275 worth of vinyl 10/13/24; received no updates nor product. Contacted them 11/22/24 and was told they would start a service "ticket" and have someone get back to me in 24-48 hours. It never happened. 12/03/24, called them again and explained everything. The response I received was an offer to start a new "ticket" and have someone get back to me in 24-48 hours. I let them know that I had no faith in anyone getting back to me and instead requested to cancel my order. They told me that to even do THIS, they still had to process a "ticket" and have someone get back to me in 24-48 hours. Screw it. I contacted my Credit Card Company and began a dispute.
