Same story as everyone else here. Wish I would have checked these complaints before ordering from them. Ordered album, never shipped. Contacted customer service and I’m still getting the run around. No clear answers but lots of “we’re really busy right now and will get with you soon” replies. NEVER will order from them again. Just hoping I will eventually get my refund since they have definitely already taken my money. Terrible customer service and company.
