I ordered once 2 years ago with only a slow shipping issue. This year I ordered an album and was told there was a supplier delay. I waited 4 months until I canceled the order for a refund. I ordered last month and after 4 weeks the order was still showing processing and I have not received a response back after 2 emails. So I will dispute on my CC and warn anyone interested not to buy from this "company" shop local and get your records the same day.
