I placed my order 2 1/2 weeks ago. I still have no word on my order despite
my attempts to reach out to customer service. It's showing as order processing on the site...after over 2 weeks. It's 2 days from Christmas, and my daughter really wanted this, and I have hardly anything for her under my tree. I'm disgusted.
