No surprises here. Ordered five records during one of their “sales” with the promise of shipping within five days. Lo and behold, a month goes by without a single record moving past processing. Reached out to CS and waited over a week, only receiving automated “we are really busy” emails. Finally had to dispute the purchase with my credit card. STAY AWAY. COMPLETE SCAM
