Placed an order over a year ago and never received the items. When I tried to get a refund I was told they were unable to do this and the best they could do was give me in store credit I agreed, big mistake. I ordered other vinyl, with the credit made sure it was in stock now it has been over 3 weeks and on their status webpage it just says "ordered" no movement. Tried calling only to speak with a rude answering service, and their email support only gives very non-helpful responses and take days to respond.
