After ordering 5 months ago - and nothing ever shipped - I requested to cancel order. They claim they can’t refund since the order is “so old”. The only reason it’s old is that they have never fulfilled the order. SCAM !!!!!! Also their customer service takes easily a week to respond. With no resolution.
