Order one beginning of December. Credit card was charged, but never received a confirmation.
Placed another order thinking maybe it was just a hold on the other card. Received confirmation figured it was good. 40+ days later it still hasn’t arrived and when I check, it’s still in “processing.” Emailed several times, only to get a stock message that the volume is high and they’ll get back to me.
