Ordered st the beginning of December for a Christmas gift. It was in stock and it should have been no problem to receive in time for Christmas. As of today I still have not received it. I have emailed multiple times! They do respond with a generic message saying they are busy. I am so frustrated and requested a return of my money. Have not heard back. DO NOT ORDER THEM!
