Ordered a record from them that was supposedly on an 8 week back order. After six months of emailing them for updates and only getting an automatic response I requested to cancel the order and get a refund. They refused the refund and offered store credit, which didn't work as their site kept crashing. Three separate complaints to the Better Business Bureau and they finally agreed to issue a proper refund. However it has now been almost two months of automated emails saying "we will process your refund soon" with now resolution in sight. Absolute nightmare company.
