I placed an order with Merchbar for three records in December, and never received them. I contacted customer service multiple times and it took weeks to get a response. When I finally requested a refund, they continued to delay, claiming my payment was “in queue”—yet still, no reimbursement after four months.
I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response at all. Even after they said they would refund me, it’s been two more weeks with no payment. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
Holding money for undelivered products and failing to communicate is not only unethical—it should be illegal. I’ve filed formal complaints and will continue to pursue every option available.
Do not trust this company. They are unresponsive, untrustworthy, and should not be in business
