I ordered a Will Wood CD for my daughter(couldn't find it anywhere else) with an estimated 3 month shipping date. The date came and went, I chased various times. They said I could request a refund so I did. Then they said they couldn't process the refund so would have to give me store credit! Why say I can request a refund if they won't give me one! Had I read the reviews here beforehand I never would have purchased from this site as it seems this is their scam model.
