Worst E-Commerce Experience of My Life
Ordered a hoodie for my girlfriend as a birthday gift. I ordered the package April 8th and her birthday is June 24th, figured 2 and a half month would be enough for the package to arrive. I live in Sweden and frequently order packages from the U.S, standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks. The shipping time was very long and although I could "track" my package, it seemed to be still forever. I wrote to the customer service a few times and always got the response that Covid-19 was the reason of the delay and it should arrive soon. Meanwhile I had ordered other packages from the U.S, that did arrive much faster. I received the package on July 6th and had to buy another gift for my girlfriend as the original one didn't arrive in time. After spending 50$ on the hoodie, 20$ on shipping and almost another 20$ on custom charges, I can see that the hoodie I've received isn't in new condition. The item seemed to have been washed faulty and the text on the front was smudged. When contacting their customer service about this issue, I did not receive a response.
I am deeply disappointed with my shopping experience.
