Buyer beware. Ordered three Christmas sweaters for my kids in November 2021 for Christmas and never received them. After repeated emails late December and through January requesting a status of my order, with vague responses that they’re still in transit (the tracking apparently was showing the order going back and forth between countries and continents), they finally admitted that the items were not delivered (supposedly because of an incorrect address even though I provided the right address and they wouldn’t respond when asked what address they claim was wrong). Although they refunded the cost of the sweaters after insisting on it (and most likely because I used PayPal), they refused to refund the hefty shipping costs which should be borne by the vendor for not fulfilling their part to deliver the items in the first place. This practice sounds like a shady company that ‘profits’ from shipping costs for items they say were lost or could not be delivered due to ‘incorrect address.’ The least they could have done for the inconvenience was to offer to reship the order and waive the shipping costs. Needless to say, I’ll most likely be looking elsewhere and not Merchoid for Christmas sweaters next year.
