“My order that was supposed to dispatch at the end of December is still sat in the warehouse (according to Merchoid's own order status checker). I have emailed and called repeatedly only to receive no response / answer to the phone. As a consequence I am leaving this review. I have now contacted my credit card issuer and raised a dispute with Merchoid in an attempt to get my money back.”
