“I wanted to surprise my boyfriend, who is a big Warhammer fan. I saw something that he was looking for and paid with our money from the paypal account (that shouldn’t be spent) however I ordered the item on 10/16 of March, the estimated time to arrive was 8 of may. Now is 15 of May and I didn’t receive the present. Very disappointed and I felt scummed. This is the first time that something I’ve paid and didn’t receive it. I’m commenting to my friends and in Instagram to not order from merchoid.”

“a disaster..... ordered nearly 2 weeks ago ago , no correspondence back following my email asking the whereabouts of my order. Merchoid use Whistl for their shipping .Not recommended as the drivers have too many parcels to deliver and are impossible to get hold of I wrote to Merchoid never got a reply. Not happy and will be asking for a refund if it doesnt turn up by Friday.”

“Terrible company to deal with 4 times I've ordered from them over roughly a 5 year period and NEVER received any of the items. Fortunately the last 3 times I used PayPal and it wasn't too painful the first time I used my debit card and was given a run around. I think I've been more than generous with these clowns and I'll shall not attempt to waste my time and money on them again. Good luck to anyone that buys from them!”

“This company's untrustworthy I bought over 30 hoodies and they sent me all the same Overstock old hoodies three different designs I bought over 20 jackets they sent me all the same two jackets junk jackets and then when I keep trying to fix it they just keep assisting that I have to send it back to an American company which I have attempted it will cost me over $600 which is way more than what the product is worth they are unwilling to fix the problem I have tried to figure out a resolution I have even accepted to keep the product as long as they make sure that none of my other orders are mixed up and done the same way they are unwilling to do that instead of willing to work with me they have said that they will no longer be accepting purchases from me this place is a scam do not trust them if they were anything but a scam they would be willing to work with me to fix the problem but instead they are not”

“I pre-ordered a Harry Potter purse bundle in September. This is my first time ordering with this company and I did so based on good reviews. My order was to ship Oct 22nd and was a birthday present for my daughter. Well here we are November 8th and the date to ship has changed 3 different times. Now it's to be shipped Nov 25th. I understand things happen but I'm hoping I can at least get this for Christmas. I did email the company but received a generic response from Amy stating how long shipping to US from UK takes. She did not address any of my questions or concerns. Praying the quality is good because with the late delivery I can imagine how long getting a refund will be. First and last order... 😞”

“Buyer beware. Ordered three Christmas sweaters for my kids in November 2021 for Christmas and never received them. After repeated emails late December and through January requesting a status of my order, with vague responses that they’re still in transit (the tracking apparently was showing the order going back and forth between countries and continents), they finally admitted that the items were not delivered (supposedly because of an incorrect address even though I provided the right address and they wouldn’t respond when asked what address they claim was wrong). Although they refunded the cost of the sweaters after insisting on it (and most likely because I used PayPal), they refused to refund the hefty shipping costs which should be borne by the vendor for not fulfilling their part to deliver the items in the first place. This practice sounds like a shady company that ‘profits’ from shipping costs for items they say were lost or could not be delivered due to ‘incorrect address.’ The least they could have done for the inconvenience was to offer to reship the order and waive the shipping costs. Needless to say, I’ll most likely be looking elsewhere and not Merchoid for Christmas sweaters next year.”

“No refund despite product going missing in the mail. You'd have better luck lighting your money on fire than expecting anything with this company to go right. Buyers beware, it's a scam. They are based in the UK but send from alternative countries. They will reply saying they will issue you a refund and when it is time to do so- they go silent. They just want your money and you should pay with PayPal because at least when they ignore PayPal, you get your money back..”

“Post office lost the item/ sent it back (they state they aren't sure where it went, but it is not with them anymore) so I emailed the customer service to see if it could have the 2 Christmas sweaters be fast shipped. They claim I have to wait 30 days in order to do this. That's after Christmas now. Why would I reorder Christmas sweaters after Christmas? I didn't lose the package usps did and I am being punished. At this rate, I just want a refund as it feels scummy because I don't get my items and they pocket my money. Due to the issues and service problems, I won't be using this store again- I reccomend you don't fall for the gimmick either as you'll just have a big headache if their shipping choice has problems.”

“You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong and how they handle things. Still awaiting refund for item which was out for delivery 2 weeks ago but has been lost. Courier confirmed they can't locate it, no response from merchoid when asked for replacement, waited for 5 days and then started a case through PayPal. A week later (so 2 weeks on) I am almost £100 out of pocket and merchoid refuse to even discuss refund (for first week I asked for replacement). Communication has been terrible and no apology or trying to placate whilst they look into it. They just ignore messages, don't give a time frame for resolution, wouldn't even discuss sending replacement. Only got any response when escalated via PayPal. Just hope I can get money back.”

“*WATCH OUT-*Poor service, Poor communication. I ordered a jacket at a cost of almost $200 (Australian) . Didn’t arrive , they have a tracking number so it must of arrived !! (It hasn’t) . They could care less , be very,very wary of buying anything from these criminals. If there reading this, please sue me!!!! (The delivery company has no record , they suggested I ask my neighbours if they received it, they haven’t).”
