Why is their customer service so bad? Like honestly, they don't reply to anything after they are in the wrong. My package went missing last week and I got usps to send verification and despite that they won't reply to emails.

Good afternoon, I would like to return a Superman knitted jumper I ordered last november to get a refund (I ordered multiple sizes and I would like to send the "L" size back to you). I live in France, what kind of post delivery should I choose to make sure the product goes back to you ? Should I choose the option "delivery against signature"?
