I pre-ordered a Harry Potter purse bundle in September. This is my first time ordering with this company and I did so based on good reviews. My order was to ship Oct 22nd and was a birthday present for my daughter. Well here we are November 8th and the date to ship has changed 3 different times. Now it's to be shipped Nov 25th. I understand things happen but I'm hoping I can at least get this for Christmas. I did email the company but received a generic response from Amy stating how long shipping to US from UK takes. She did not address any of my questions or concerns. Praying the quality is good because with the late delivery I can imagine how long getting a refund will be. First and last order... 😞
