AWFUL Customer service. I have been trying to cancel our account for 6 weeks. First they wanted me to have a call to "discuss why we were leaving". No thank you, not needed, please cancel. More emails back and forth and another monthly charge. I finally put a charge back on my CC, which I thought got their attention. They still will not refund the one charge that went through., I finally got an email last week saying the subscription is cancelled, but we were charged AGAIN today. For $25 a month this is ridiculous. I've spent more time answering their emails than it would have taken to cancel the subscription on the first request I sent back on June 3rd. Do not waste your time. There are plenty other options out there for texting customers.
