Really frustrating experience, started off great with a customer success manager calling me and making a great suggestion for an integration that I'm building. Since then it's been a disaster, they won't let me access the integration and I've been waiting fir them to return my call since Thursday. They've taken my money but aren't providing the service I need, and the customer service team (while nice) just talk in circles and follow scripts.
Very disappointed.
