Product was delivered quickly and of generally good quality apart from one of the hinge pins, which I immediately noticed kept sticking when depressed and hadn't been fully seated. This meant that I had to seat it properly myself where upon it then became fully retracted and would not spring back out at all, making it useless. I felt this should have easily been identified by quality control. However, one phone call later and replacement pins were promptly sent out, which resolved this issue.
