My daughter has just moved into a house where the door of the external gas meter cupboard was basically trashed - no lock and one of the hinges gone. Measured the aperture carefully, went on the MBD site, and easily found that it was a Mark 1 UK Box, so I ordered the new door. It arrived amazingly quickly (ordered on Sunday, arrived Tuesday), with the bonus of the two hinges and lock already fitted and the key taped safely inside. It honestly took me more time to unpack it than the 10 seconds it took me to fit it. If only everything in life were so simple. Thanks MBD!!
